Order was placed correctly w/Pearl Vision, but my glasses were made wrong
Apr 8, 2008
Pearl Vision complaint
I purchased my eye glasses at Pearle in Gainesville, Ga. The exam was good and the service was ok, untill two weeks later when I got my glasses back. I Picked up my glasses just before clossing time and did not notice that the glasses did not have the (scratch resistant, anti-glare, and transition) on the lenses. When I called back to inquire about my glasses and how the order form was placed with the lab, I was told that they would call me back later. Two days later they called me back and said that my company did not pay for the extra services. I did not ask my company to pay for the extras, I told Pearl that I would pay for what ever my company would not pay for. I am pissed off that my glasses are not as I ordered them. And that Pearl told me that I would have to purchase a 2nd pair of lenses if I wanted transition lenses. Since when does the customer have to pay for something that he/she did not order. Pearl has lost me as a customer, as well as the 70 employees that work for me.
